What is a kernel event tracing

Hi!

Very rarely, but still sometimes I get the following error in my Windows 10 logs (see below). First question is: is this a harmful/destructive error or can I safely ignore it? it's as said a once in a blue moon incident. I know it MIGHT have to do something with 3d party virusscanners, but even then there is not much I can do about it. Right now, when I see such an error like this, I restore an earlier made image and the problem is gone. However, this is a rather time consuming process I'd rather like to avoid. so can anyone explain me in a more or less simple way what this kernel event tracing-stuff is and if I should worry about it? And where Muroc comes from?

More general: which errors in the Windows logs should I REALLY worry about (ie which indicate destructive action or failure of core components of either Windows or AV-software)? I know that I can ignore many errors and warnings. But I know far from enough about this subject to have peace of mind about certain things. I am not a technician, just want to keep my system running safe and stable. I work from home, so in matter of system care I am on my own. It would be nice if Windows could somehow analyze its logs itself and warn average users if something is REALLY going wrong. Since that is not the case I would really like to hear the opinion of a True Technian. Especially about this 'Murox system trace' and if possible also a bit more general...
